Remember how Friend of Javamancy mini, Stephen Colbert, enjoys wielding his considerable political might to change the tides of fortune in various political arenas? Well, a few episodes of the Colbert Report ago, Stephen had promoted his candidate Reince to be the RNC Chairman.
So, now, Stephen is apparently not just a kingmaker, but also a RNC-Chairmaker. 
As I watched Seth Green make his appearance for a chat with Jon Stewart on The Daily Show, I had a thought: Why not have a Robot Chicken skit/sketch with Seth and Jon about their chat (and ever notice how a lot of the Robot Chicken episodes have a lot of blood)?
Enough of the chit-chat! Time for Seth to get back to his studio to parody this interview!
And even get Jon to voice his character for the skit! 
Even funnier, for an extended cut: Have the end of the Robot Chicken episode with a parody of the run-in transition from The Daily Show to The Colbert Report, where Jon has a smug-along with Stephen for a bit. 
The traffic in and around the Washington, DC area today is much safer and less fearful than usual, thanks to today’s Stewart-Colbert rally on the ‘Mall, it seems!
Although the rally on the ‘Mall is mega-HUGE already, and it hasn’t even really started yet, its impact on the Beltway and other usually dangerous, distracted-driver death-dealing roads has been very positive, as it seems that the majority of rally attendees have taken the sane route of using mass transit.
Sometimes you just have to wonder: sure it’s casual fun, but sometimes Stephen Colbert may just kick it up a notch, Emeril-style, with his faux cooking antics.
Just in time for April Fool’s Day, we’ve got Stephen’s iPad salsa extravaganza (yeah, it’s a video… sorry, folks).

Just when you thought Stephen Colbert is a straight, conservative, one-gun guy… he pulls a strange stunt during tonight’s show:
On his skit on the NBA’s latest gun scare, he brandishes a loaded– get this– finger, which he uses to inadvertently shoot his in-crowd shill.
So where was “Sweetness”, his snub-nosed revolver, in all of this?
Hmm… maybe Stephen will explain Sweetness’ absence in an upcoming episode. Because it doesn’t seem like there’s an entry about their break-up in the Game Change book, or on TMZ.
