		<description>For the record, all the things you list in the next-to-last paragraph are things that I would consider part of effective project management. Simply setting a release date and writing down the scope are not the bulk of project management, but specific tasks. In any case, future posts will be working out ways to streamline our Trac process, create responsibility tiers to improve workflow, etc. It just would have been too much for one post.</description>
