Earlier today, Javamancy completed a sizeable system update today.

For people who view Javamancy from the safety and comfort of desktop or notebook computers, in the confines of traditional Web browsers, there should not be any dramatic changes.

On the other hand, those of you who enjoy browsing Javamancy from smartphones and mobile devices and certain highly specialized Web browsers or agents may notice a significant change in the UI, namely the introduction of Javamancy Mobile.

Security Updates

Several of you gentle readers have occasionally complained of inappropriate comments showing up appended to older posts. We take reports of these disturbances very seriously, and since Javamancy has launched, we have taken certain precautions to keep the appearances of such offensive comments from fraudsters, haters, spammers, trolls, and their ilk off the site as much as possible.

We have added additional security measures today which should further intensify the removal of the bad materials. Unfortunately, there may be some disruption (or outright loss) of service to those of you who unfortunately share office space with fraudsters, haters, spammers, trolls, and their ilk. For now, we have no easy solution. :-( We are sorry for the trouble this may cause you. Please contact your network administrator to discuss the available options you may have, with regard to stopping offensive materials from originating from your location as soon as possible!

Thanks for addressing this problem! I haven’t seen a lot of baddies polluting this blog but since this is a fun blog to visit, I hate seeing the spam just like everybody else!!!
