Apple’s September Product Announcements

A Little Bit: The rumors floating around for the past several weeks about the Apple [AAPL] September product announcements have solidified: Engadget has a post confirming September 9, 2008 as the date. The anticipated product line for the refresh is the iPod. However, I’m still hopeful for MacBook and MacBook Pro refreshes and updates.:-)

Later today, around 11:00 AM PT (that equates to 2:00 PM ET), Google will be announcing the availability of their Google Chrome beta product.

Is this something brand-new and innovative? No.
